HOW TO CREATE AN ONLINE LEAGUE
To Create a League in NHL 2K9 or NBA 2K9, you must be signed online through your Xbox 360 or PLAYSTATION 3 console. Once your signed online, all you need to do is:
- Select Leagues from the game menu
- then select "Create League"
- From here you can chose to create either a "Season" or a "Tournament"
- Customize the league settings, such as number of teams, difficulty, then name your league
- Select the team you want to use
- Press Start
When all the team spots have been filled, you can generate a schedule for your league. Login online through your Xbox 360 or PLAYSTATION 3 console and go to the Online menu. Then go to the "Leagues" menu, then "My League," and select the league in question. From here you'll receive a few options, one of which is Generate Schedule. Select that and you'll be taken to a screen were you can adjust the schedule to your liking. Once it's the way you want it press start to generate the schedule.
